Our first Employee Spotlight is our newest member of the Clone team, Mark Braybrook, our Client Services Executive. After 10 years at his previous organisation, we are excited to have him on board.

Mark is settled in and has been with us for 4 months now, so we caught up with him to see what inspires him in life and how he is getting on at Clone Media…

Who inspires you?

  1. Warren Buffett – he’s proof that you can be a multi billionaire and still have a heart (see the documentary ‘Becoming Warren Buffett’)
  2. Edwards Deming – he was the man who brought business effectiveness to a Japanese industry decimated by the second world war.

What’s the most challenging thing you have done?

I ran the London Marathon for a children’s charity in 1999 at the ripe age of 39, and now I’m planning to walk the Clarendon Way (26 miles) for a children’s charity at an even riper age!

What 3 words would you use to describe Clone Media?

Innovative, dynamic, cool.

What is your favourite part about working for Clone Media?

The variety of work – every day is different and every day is a learning experience.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?

I couldn’t live without seeing my daughter on a regular basis – she’s fun to be with and inspirational.

How do you define success?

I define success as an equal balance between Health, Wealth and Happiness. Without a balance between those three, I feel something would always be missing.
