44 Foods are an online food retailer working in partnership with the best farmers and food producers across the country to showcase their food all in one place. Packaged sustainably, with minimum waste and at a price that’s fair to farmers and families. In the past, 44 Foods had struggled with Direct Mail, mailing to new prospects and not getting the ROI they hoped for. After an initial call, we agreed that changing tact to reactivate lapsed customers could generate better results from previous campaigns.
Our Solution
We sent an A5 2pp self-mailer with a discount code to lapsed customers, landing early November to promote their Christmas range.
The Results
This drove repeat traffic to the website and meant the Seasonal campaign was the top-performing sales campaign of the year.
