Creating Memorable Event Experiences
We initially spent time with the IR European Marketing team to understand their core objectives and events requiring support in 2023.
With a group of upcoming forums, workshops and tradeshows being held at various locations in both the UK & Netherlands, the client wanted to create perfect delegate event boxes to give away at each event.
Ensuring the brand was represented correctly was key, and our design team worked within the client’s supplied brand guidelines to mock up artwork for high-quality, practical giveaways, including insulated drinkware, notebooks, pens, and tote bags, presented in bespoke printed boxes.
From Design to Delivery
Once the client had selected their options, we organised production and fulfilment of the packs. We also arranged other event materials, including literature, roller banners, branded tablecloths, giveaways, and business cards.
Finally, we assisted with the delivery and collection of any leftover merch from each event to either be stored and called off for future events, or to be redelivered.
After getting a firm understanding of the client’s budget and timelines, we supported across design, production, and delivery of all printed marketing collateral for the tradeshows in 2023.
