Raising a Glass to Clone’s Workplace Culture on Certification Nation Day

On 16 October 2024, Clone joined companies worldwide in celebrating Certification Nation Day. It’s a day when Great Place To Work® certified organisations come together to recognise what makes their workplaces special. For us, it’s all about our fantastic team.

What’s the Fuss About?

You might wonder why we made a big deal of this. Well, being Great Place To Work Certified™ isn’t just a fancy title. It reflects how our team feels about working here, and that’s something worth celebrating.

How We’re Marking the Occasion

We headed to The Duck and Tipple, a local favourite, for an evening of good food, tasty cocktails, and great company. It was the perfect spot for our team to let their hair down and enjoy each other’s company outside the office.

We’re firm believers in the power of a good get-together.

Our Great Place To Work Journey

Recently, we were happy to be named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing™ for 2024 in the small and medium category.

Since 2010, we’ve been doing things differently in the print and branding world. From our humble beginnings, we’ve grown to serve clients from Basingstoke to Bondi Beach. And it’s all thanks to our team’s brilliant minds and creative spirits.

We’re keen on helping our team grow, both professionally and personally. Whether it’s upskilling opportunities or team-building days, we always look for ways to keep things interesting.

The Bigger Picture

Certification Nation Day is a reminder of why a positive workplace matters. We’re proud to be part of this global movement and are committed to keeping Clone a place where creativity, teamwork, and personal growth are always on the menu.
