Mae Graham has consistently shown how fresh thinking drives success when it comes to building lasting client relationships and delivering brilliant creative work. Her promotion to Client Service Lead adds another chapter to a journey that began in 2022.

From Day One

Coming from a client service background, Mae brought her relationship-building skills to the world of print and design. Her quick grasp of the industry’s complexities and ability to deliver outstanding results led to her promotion to Senior Client Service Executive after just one year. Now, she takes on the role of Client Service Lead.

Beyond the Surface

What many see as simple printed materials, Mae discovered to be intricate projects requiring careful coordination and creativity. “I was surprised by how much detail goes into everything – even something as simple as a leaflet through your door has so many steps, people, and processes involved.”

This appreciation for detail and her passion for client service has helped Mae build strong partnerships across various sectors. Ruby Play shared their experience: “The project was really hard work, but Mae, as always, was on top and delivered everything on time. Thanks for your work!”

Growing in a Creative Environment

Mae’s success stems from embracing new challenges while staying focused on client needs. Each day brings different brands, companies, and creative possibilities – a variety that keeps her engaged and excited about the industry.

The collaborative atmosphere at Clone has played a big role in her development. Working alongside team members with different experiences creates an environment where knowledge-sharing comes naturally, helping everyone grow together.

As Client Service Lead, Mae will continue building on her track record of delivering brilliant results while supporting her team’s development. Her journey from an industry newcomer to a team leader shows how fresh perspectives and dedication create winning combinations for our clients.
