Clone just got selected for the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing™ 2025 list!

We didn’t nominate ourselves for this. Great Place To Work® UK chose us based on our consistently high employee satisfaction scores.

What Happened

Great Place To Work® reviewed companies across the advertising, media and marketing sector. They looked at our previous employee feedback, workplace culture, and how we treat our team.

Then they picked the best ones for their list.

And we made it!

That’s proof that when you treat people well, they notice.

What We Do (And How We’re Different)

Ever seen a job ad promising ‘work-life balance’ then got the role and found yourself answering emails at 11pm on a Sunday? We don’t do that.

Since 2010, we’ve been helping brands stand out. Print services, creative design, exhibition stands, direct mail, branded merchandise, packaging – the works.

Brilliant client work comes from happy teams.

When someone needs exhibition stands that stop people in their tracks, our team delivers. When they want packaging that gets shared everywhere, we make it happen. When they need direct mail that gets opened, we nail it.

And our people do this without burning out.

How We Keep People Happy

We’re an Employee-Owned Company. That means our team don’t just work here – they own part of the business. When Clone does well, everyone benefits.

We do quarterly team days. Recently took everyone to Calshot Activity Centre for climbing walls, kayaking, and Ringo (flying down slopes on rubber rings – as fun as it sounds).

When we finish a big project or hit targets, we celebrate with team meals and recently, a BBQ in the carpark! Not because we have to. Because good work deserves recognition.

We offer flexible working. Truly flexible.

We’re big into professional development, we support training for all our team, which provides growth opportunities and career progression.

The Numbers Don’t Lie

Great Place To Work® UK’s research shows massive gaps between good workplaces and average ones in our industry.

Only 61% of people at typical marketing companies feel encouraged to balance work and life. At the best workplaces, it’s 86%.

Only 47% think their company has special benefits. At the best workplaces, it’s 75%.
Some companies just talk about caring for their team. Others do it.

What Happens Next

This award proves we’re doing something right. Our team’s feedback shows we’re creating a place where talented people want to work and stay.

Great workplaces are built by great people.

Our job is to keep supporting our team so they can keep delivering brilliant work for our clients.

Bold creative solutions that make minimum impact on the planet and maximum impact on audiences – that’s what we do.

And we do it with a team that enjoys working here.
