The European marketing team at IR approached us to deliver a scalable range of premium, on-brand delegate boxes for forums, workshops and tradeshows across the UK and Netherlands. With a busy 2023 event schedule, they needed a consistent solution that would elevate the delegate experience at every event while remaining easy to manage and reproduce.
IR needed a cohesive set of delegate packs that would work across multiple events, venues and audiences. The boxes had to feel premium, practical and fully aligned with their brand guidelines, while also being easy to produce, distribute and reuse.
Alongside the delegate boxes, the team also required supporting event materials, all delivered on time and within budget, with a plan for managing leftover stock between events.
