Skai approached us to create a branded swag solution for their global client base. The aim was to give recipients the flexibility to choose their own merchandise, while also ensuring a consistent brand experience and seamless international distribution.
Skai needed a scalable way to distribute branded merchandise to clients located around the world. Importantly, the solution had to be easy to use, quick to launch, and capable of managing stock, orders, and global shipping, all while maintaining a premium, on-brand selection of items.
To meet these requirements, we created a bespoke digital ordering portal, giving Skai’s clients access to a curated range of branded merchandise. Recipients were sent coupon codes containing 50 “Swag credits”, which they could redeem within the portal to select their preferred items.

Altogether, 300 packs were produced and stocked in our warehouse, ready for global fulfilment. Meanwhile, the portal functioned as a branded online shop, offering twelve different items across tech, apparel, and everyday merchandise.

Ultimately, the result was a streamlined, user-friendly experience that combined choice, convenience, and global reach, turning branded merchandise into an engaging, self-serve client experience.
