For nearly four years, we’ve worked closely with ZOE, supporting their team with branded merchandise, creative services, and campaign support across a wide range of projects. So, when it came time to plan their annual IRL (in real life) retreat, they turned to a partner who already understood their brand, their culture, and their people.

Each year, ZOE brings together employees from across the business for a dedicated retreat. It’s a rare opportunity for a fully remote team to connect in person, build stronger relationships, and celebrate shared success. This year, with over 130 employees gathering in one location, they wanted merchandise that felt thoughtful, practical, and in tune with the experience they were creating, capturing the purpose of the retreat, while reflecting its wider focus on wellness and growth.

The Challenge

ZOE needed event merchandise that would do more than simply carry a logo. They wanted products their team would genuinely use, enjoy, and share throughout the retreat. With employees travelling from different locations and spending several days together outdoors, every item needed to feel relevant, premium, and fit for purpose. At the same time, the merchandise had to reflect ZOE’s brand while helping create a memorable shared experience. As a long-standing partner, we understood exactly what they needed. To bring the event to life, we worked closely with the ZOE team to recommend a curated range of branded merchandise designed specifically for the retreat. From artwork preparation through to production management, we handled every detail. As always, quality mattered. So, every product was carefully selected, sampled, and approved before moving into final production.
