incident.io approached us to create a range of branded merch kits that celebrate key life moments across their growing team. The aim was simple: deliver thoughtful, personalised gifts that reinforce brand identity, strengthen company culture, and create memorable employee experiences.
They wanted to recognise milestones beyond the workplace. These included welcoming new starters, celebrating new babies, and even new dogs. Each kit needed to feel personal, premium, and consistent with the brand. At the same time, it had to stay practical to produce and distribute. In addition, the packaging needed to reflect their calm, reassuring tone and include their “Don’t Panic” messaging alongside a distinctive visual identity.
Using incident.io’s brand guidelines, we designed a set of occasion-based merch kits. We balanced personality with consistency to ensure each box felt like a thoughtful gift. We presented each kit in ribbon-bound packaging, filled with branded red shredded paper for a premium finish.
