Working with our ongoing partner Fuse2, we supported their second Partner Day by creating a summer-themed swag pack. Building on the success of their first event, the aim was to keep the elements that worked while introducing a more seasonal, practical and creative approach.
Fuse2’s first Partner Day swag packs had been extremely well received, so the second event followed a similar format. However, as this was a summer event, we wanted to refresh the concept and introduce more seasonal merchandise.
Rather than using a swag box like the first event, we also wanted to create something attendees could easily carry with them throughout the day. The pack needed to bring together a mix of useful merchandise, printed materials and event branding, while keeping everything cohesive and on-brand.
We built on the original Partner Day format while reviewing the merchandise selection and suggesting products that would work particularly well for a summer event.
Instead of a traditional swag box, we supplied a branded cooler bag, giving attendees a practical item they could use on the day while making the overall pack easier to carry.
Inside, the full swag offering included:
We also took a practical, end-to-end approach to preparing the merchandise. As electric fans were included in the packs, we charged every fan in our warehouse ahead of the event so attendees could use them straight away.
Alongside the merchandise, we supplied the printed materials, helping to create a consistent branded experience across the Partner Day.
The second Fuse2 Partner Day was a huge success, with the swag packs once again proving to be one of the main talking points of the day.
The summer-focused merchandise provided a practical and memorable experience for attendees, while the cooler bag offered a fresh and useful alternative to the previous swag box.
The feedback from Fuse2 summed it up:
“The event went amazing thank you and the swag packs (once again) were the main talk of the day haha. Everybody loved them and we had lots of arguments when we returned to the office on who would get the remaining ones.”
